Our Policies (RRCA Insured)
Music Devices
The use of personal music devices are permitted but they are strongly discouraged at our races. To enjoy all that our races has to offer and for the safety of all participants, we encourage a headphone-free environment during the running of events.
Runner safety has always been, and will continue to be, a top priority for our events. Please be mindful of the other participants and respect the race personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable race for everyone.
Adaptive wheelchairs
Adaptive wheelchairs are welcome for people with disabilities. An additional waiver will need to be signed for the person pushing the wheelchair along with a waiver accepting responsibility for injury up to death of a person in the wheelchair.

Baby Strollers
Strollers, baby joggers or similar devices will only be permitted for walkers & should be started at the back.
Under no circumstance should children be allowed to participate in an RRCA insured event on a scooter, roller or inline skates, heelys, or on a bike.
No Dogs/Pets Permitted
We have a "no dogs/pets allowed" policy for anyone participating in our races. This includes runners, walkers, volunteers, spectators, and participants in the start and finish area. Only service dogs will be allowed at an event with a participant or spectator.
Refunds & Bib Transfers
-Refunds will not be provided
-Bibs are non transferable unless OK’d by the race director
-You must be registered to participate in the event
