Registration: Free. Onsite between 1-1:45PM.
XC Team Scoring:
The first five runners from each team to cross the finish line receive the points that correspond to their place. The first place runner receives one point, the second place runner two, and so on. The team receiving the lowest score wins.
Male & Female Teams
0% Frills; 100% Fun:
- No awards - only bragging rights
- No shirts
- No food/drinks provided (bring your own or something to share if you want)
- No timing (use a watch if you want your individual time)

Location & parking: Lums Pond State Park -- Area 1. Bear, DE
Park Fee: You will need to pay a park entry fee.
$4 for Delaware Registered vehicles
$8 for Out of State Registered vehicles
Waiver:
All participants will be running at their own risk. Triassic Sports will not be responsible for injuries or damages of any kind. You will be asked to sign a waiver when you register onsite.
