    The 9th Annual Run for the Buds will be held on: 
Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Rockford Park in Wilmington, DE at 9:30AM

- 10K Run
- 5K Run / Walk
- 1K for all abilities

All Participants, regardless of distance, will receive a performance tech shirt & finisher medal.  Adult shirts are gender specific.  

Post race live music from 'Philly Local Impact Live'
Free beer garden for registered participants over 21 years old (ID required for entry)

Registration:
​10K = $30 until 9/5; $35 after 9/5
5K = $25 until 9/5; $30 after 9/5
1K = $10 any date (untimed race)

1st Masters Male & Female Runner (Age 40+) = $50 + hardware
1st Male & Female Walker = hardware

The race will be chip timed by NOVA Timing Systems.  

Logistics:
Parking: In Rockford Park and surrounding streets.  We ask for you not to park in front or behind the water tower.  
Onsite Registration: 8AM-9:15AM
Start Times: 1K at 9:28AM.  Combined 5K/10K at 9:30AM.
Results: Will be available under the NOVA timing tent a few mins after you finish and will be available on TriassicSports.com immediately after the race. 
Awards:  There will not be an award ceremony this year.  Awards can be picked up at the Awards tent after each race.
